1. Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged during transit

• The product is defective

• The wrong item was delivered

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

2. Return Request Process

• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Return requests must be made via phone or email with clear details and, if required, product images.

• Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for return:

• The product must be unused and unwashed

• The product must be in original packaging with tags intact

• The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Innerwear products (Cut Banian, Hand Banian, V Cut, Trouser Model) due to hygiene reasons

• Discounted or clearance sale items (unless defective)

• Customized or bulk wholesale orders (unless defective)

5. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer, as mutually agreed.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
