• Bulk and wholesale orders may require additional processing time depending on quantity.

• Orders are processed only on working days (Monday to Saturday).

2. Delivery Timeline

• Delivery timelines depend on the shipping location.

• Standard delivery within Tamil Nadu: 2–5 business days.

• Delivery to other states in India: 4–8 business days.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

• Free shipping may be offered on selected bulk orders or promotional periods.

4. Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via phone or email (if applicable).

5. Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

• We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged

• Product received is defective

• Wrong product delivered

2. Return Request Timeframe

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
